What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy allows the client and therapist to work openly with the clients unconscious mind (the more advanced part of the human mind which determines behaviour, percepton, representation and habits) in a clinical area of deep relaxation and open facilitation.
The objectives and goals of Hypnotherapy are to delete unwanted thinking, feelings, behaviour and implement instead postive thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
Hypnotherapy is ideal for areas such as stopping smoking, weight control (Weight loss/Slimming), work performance, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, personal performance, relaxation, building up self confidence and pain management.
