Bennedict is a qualified clinical supervisor. He obtained his Post-graduate qualification at Keele University. He has several years experience as a clinical supervisor and follows the Ethical Framwork from the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Part of this Ethical Framework states that there is a general obligation for all counsellors, psychotherapists supervisors and trainers to receive supervision/consultative support independently of any managerial relationships. Most professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy insist that their members attend supervision in their clinical practice. Bennedict specializes in providing supervision for EAP Affiliate Counsellors and Psychotherapists who work with the EAP (Brief Solution Focused) model of Counselling. Also EAP Affiliate Counsellor and Psychotherapist who are working with EAP clients on a short term EAP contract. Bennedict has worked extensively in the Clinical EAP sector since the late 1990's mainly in the Clinical Case Management field. Bennedict offers one to one Supervision, Group Supervision, Peer Supervision and Telephone Supervision. |
